Because our products are digital audio files delivered instantly after purchase, our refund policy differs from policies for physical products. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Nature of Digital Products
All products sold on voltaloops.online are digital downloads (audio files and related digital content).
Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, as digital goods cannot be physically returned or revoked once delivered.
For this reason, all sales are generally final once a download has occurred.
2. No Refunds After Download
Due to the nature of digital products:
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You receive immediate access to digital content.
- Your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase ends once the download begins.
- The purchase is considered fully delivered once download access is provided.
3. EU Consumer Rights (Digital Content Waiver)
For customers located in the European Union, consumer protection laws normally provide a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply to digital content supplied electronically once performance has begun, provided that the consumer:
- Explicitly consents to immediate delivery of the digital content, and
- Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once download or access begins.
By completing your purchase on this website and accessing the download, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your withdrawal right is waived.
4. Refunds Before Download
If you purchase a product but do not download or access the files, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us.
We may verify that the product has not been downloaded or accessed before issuing a refund.
If the product has already been downloaded, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
5. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days and we will review the order.
If confirmed, we may provide either:
- A refund for the duplicate purchase, or
- Store credit for future purchases.
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems such as:
- Corrupted files
- Incomplete downloads
- Download access errors
please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue by:
- Providing a new download link, or
- Replacing the file.
Technical assistance does not automatically qualify for a refund, but we will ensure you receive the product you purchased.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases where:
- There is evidence of download access
- There are repeated refund requests
- The request appears to involve misuse or fraud
